We identify schools to donate through seeking expert advice from Uganda National Examination Board(ENEB) Staff in regards to needy schools.
We then contact the head teachers of the identified schools and ask them background information about the school. We carry out on sight visits to verify the state of the school.
We then start fundraising for the school. We encourage people to donate textbooks which the school is particularly lacking.
Once we have raised enough books and finances to carry out the donation, we liaise with the head teacher and hold a donation event at the school.
We then do regular visits to the school to understand if the donation has made an impact in the children’s lives.
We distribute questionnaires to children and teachers alike to better the Project and seek ways to address the school’s needs.
